Paid Services Terms

1. What the paid services are

T2 Coins are credits used inside the game and the store. They may grant access to items, cosmetic advantages and server services. VIP is a period of benefits bought with coins or directly in the store.

Coins and VIP are licences to use content inside Tibia 2. They are not currency, they earn no interest and they cannot be redeemed for money.

2. Purchase and delivery

Purchases are made in the official store on the website. Payment is processed by an external provider — we neither receive nor store your card details.

Delivery is automatic as soon as the provider confirms payment. Methods such as PIX confirm within minutes; others may take longer. If payment was confirmed and the coins did not arrive, contact us on our official Discord with the receipt.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in the store, in Brazilian reais, with applicable taxes already accounted for. We may change prices and promotions at any time; changes do not affect completed purchases.

4. Right of withdrawal (7 days)

Because this is a distance purchase, you have 7 calendar days from payment to withdraw, under art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

The refund is full if the coins have not been used. If part was already spent in-game, we refund the unused portion proportionally — whatever already became an item, service or advantage in the game was delivered and does not come back.

5. Refund for failure

If there was a duplicate charge, a charge without delivery, or a mistake on our side, the refund is full. Contact our official Discord with the date, amount and receipt.

6. Chargebacks

Opening a card dispute without talking to us first locks the account until the situation is settled, because the reversed charge leaves the delivery unpaid.

A chargeback used in bad faith — consuming what you bought and then disputing it — leads to permanent exclusion of the account.

7. Use of coins

Coins move only through official systems: the store, the Char Bazar and whatever the game offers. Selling coins for money outside those channels is not recognised, gets no support and may be punished.

Purchased coins do not expire for as long as the service exists.

8. Punished accounts

A punishment for breaking the Rules does not entitle you to a refund of earlier purchases, and VIP time lost during a suspension is not restored.

9. Discontinuation of the service

If Tibia 2 is discontinued we will give reasonable notice on the news page and stop new sales. Coins still unused may be spent during that notice period.
