Unlocked Bestiary: see loot, attributes and resistances without having to hunt

Every creature and every boss comes with its information open — loot, attributes, resistances and where to find it. You no longer need to hunt hundreds of times just to be able to READ about the monster. Killing still counts: it is what gives charm points and unlocks the use of the runes.

The problem in regular Tibia

In traditional Tibia, the Bestiary is locked behind the number of kills. To see a creature's loot, its resistances and weaknesses, its attributes and where it lives, you have to kill it many times — sometimes hundreds or thousands — until the bar is complete. The problem is that this is precisely the information that is useful BEFORE the hunt: which element to bring, whether the loot is worth it, where the spawn is. In other words, the game only shows you what helps plan the hunt after you have already hunted blind enough not to need it anymore. The practical result is that everyone plays with the wiki open in the browser, because the answer is not inside the game.

How it works here

  1. All Bestiary information comes open for any creature, with no kills at all: attributes (health, experience, speed, armor, mitigation), resistances and weaknesses by element, the complete loot by rarity and the location.
  2. The same goes for the Bosstiary: name, appearance and data of every boss — Bane, Archfoe and Nemesis — show up right away, without having to have defeated it.
  3. The search finds any creature or boss by name, including the ones you have never faced.
  4. Killing still counts: the progress bar shows your real kills, and reaching the end of it is what gives the charm points and what unlocks assigning the charm rune to that creature. Only the information became free — the reward is still earned by hunting.

Why it was designed this way

The Bestiary bundled two different things into a single bar: the INFORMATION (weakness, loot, location) and the REWARD (charm points and runes). Locking both behind hundreds of kills does not add depth — it only pushes the player to an external wiki and turns the start of the game into guesswork. So we separated the two. The reward stays tied to the kill, because it is a real progression goal, one worth keeping. The information was set free, because whoever is deciding whether a creature is worth hunting — and which element to bring — should be able to make that decision inside the game, with the data in hand, before wasting the trip. The effect is less alt-tabbing to the wiki, better chosen hunts, and the charm grind still counts without holding basic knowledge hostage.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to kill the creature to see its loot?

No. Loot, attributes, resistances and location come already unlocked for any creature, even the ones you have never killed.

So what is killing in the Bestiary still for?

For the charm points and for unlocking the use of the charm runes. Killing until the end of the progress bar still gives the points and unlocks that creature's rune — that has not changed.

Does this apply to bosses too?

It does. The Bosstiary also comes open: name, appearance and data of every boss show up without having to have defeated it.

Can I search for a creature I have never faced?

Yes. The search finds any creature or boss by name, whether you have killed it or not.
