Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Tibia 2 you agree to these Terms, to the Tibia 2 Rules and to the other documents on this page. If you do not agree with any of it, do not use the service.

If you are under 18, you need a guardian's permission to use the service and to make any purchase.

2. Your account

The account is personal and non-transferable, except through character sales on the Char Bazar. Use a valid e-mail address: that is how you recover access.

You are responsible for everything that happens on your account, including for whoever you let into it. Never share your password. The Tibia 2 team never asks for your password, on any channel.

3. Permitted use

We grant you a personal, limited and revocable licence to use the client and play. The licence transfers no ownership of the game, the code, the artwork or the brand.

It is forbidden to use programs that play for you, to modify the client, to exploit server flaws or to automate the game beyond what the Rules tolerate.

4. Conduct and punishments

Expected conduct is set out in the Tibia 2 Rules. Depending on severity and history, punishment may be muting, temporary suspension, removal of whatever was gained irregularly, or permanent exclusion of the account.

Punishments do not entitle you to a refund of past purchases. They are decided by our team and may be applied without prior notice.

5. Characters and items

Characters, items, coins and any progress are part of the service and remain under our administration. They are not your property, they carry no guaranteed real-money value, and they may be adjusted, removed or rebalanced whenever the game requires it.

The only official way to transfer a character is the Char Bazar. Deals made outside it are not recognised and get no support from us.

6. Service availability

Tibia 2 is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation: there is maintenance, updates, infrastructure failure and the unexpected.

We keep backups and act carefully, but we cannot guarantee that no data or progress will be lost in an incident.

7. Changes to the game and to these Terms

The game changes: content, rates, systems and economy may be altered at any time. These Terms may change too, and the version in force is always the one published on this page.

Relevant changes are announced on the news page. Continuing to use the service after the notice means you accepted the new version.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service whenever you want and request deletion of your account through the contact channel.

We may terminate or suspend access if these Terms or the Rules are violated, and also if the service is discontinued.

9. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to what Brazilian law determines. We are not liable for losses arising from third-party misuse of your account, from deals made outside the official systems, or from temporary unavailability of the service.

Nothing here removes the rights granted to you by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Salvador, Bahia (Brazil) are elected to settle any dispute, without prejudice to the consumer's right to sue in the courts of their own domicile.
